During Movember (the month formerly known as November) some of the lads from Ongar Round Table have decided to grow a Moustache. That's right, they are bringing the Mo back because they are passionate about tackling men's health issues and being proactive in the fight against prostate cancer.

It all started one chilly October evening when the guys met up for a quick informal meeting at the Two Brewers and the topic of Movember was subtly dropped into conversation. Was it the beer or each of our secret desire to grow a Mo, but it was unanimously decided that we wanted to get on board and support a great cause. The idea is to grow a mustache for the month of Movember, you start off clean shaven on the 1^st of the month and groom and tend to your Mo right up until the 30^th. No Beards, No Goatees, just a good solid Mo. Whilst looking like something from a bygone era, we hope to raise some awareness and hopefully some donations towards a very good cause.

• Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK. 35,000 men are diagnosed every year and one man dies every hour. 
• 1 in 11 UK men will be diagnosed in their lifetime .

The money raised by Movember is used to raise awareness of men's health issues and donated to The Prostate Cancer Charity in the UK, which will have an enormous impact on many men's lives and the awareness will help us to fight prostate cancer on every front - through research, support, information and campaigning.
